About the Role
ARMO Welder IV plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by producing high-quality welded assemblies while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. In this role you will apply welding expertise, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to support production objectives and ensure products meet company and industry requirements.
What You'll Do

Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.

Prioritizing production orders to support delivery schedules and operational requirements.

Performing layouts and preparing materials for welding activities.

Positioning, aligning, and fitting components together according to specifications.

Bolting, clamping, and tack-welding parts to secure them in position prior to final welding.

Setting up welding equipment and performing welding operations using manual and automated welding processes.

Operating welding and cutting equipment while maintaining a safe work environment.
