As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. How you create impact

Support daily Sea Logistics operations by helping teams follow standard processes across Export, Import and Finance.
Act as the go-to person for systems and process questions (BPA, BAM, SeaLOG).
Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements to make operations more efficient.
Deliver training sessions and support users on system updates and process changes.
Monitor data quality and work with teams to correct issues and improve performance.
Support testing and rollout of new system releases and ensure users are properly trained.
Contribute to reporting and help teams use data to improve results.
Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards (QSHE).

What we would like you to bring

Experience in Sea Logistics operations (Import and/or Export).
Good understanding of forwarding systems and processes.
Experience participating in projects or system implementations.
Ability to train others and explain processes in a clear way.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
Comfortable working with data, systems and process improvements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Degree in Logistics, Business or similar (or equivalent experience).
Around 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service or operations.
