About the Role The Area Sales Manager Schweiz (m/w/d) will drive sustainable revenue growth across relevant sales channels in Switzerland, manage wholesale customers and OEM installers, and lead the strategic expansion of the product portfolio with tailored solutions. The role requires close collaboration with the DACH sales team and cross-functional interfaces to ensure a consistent market approach.
What You'll Do
- Drive sustainable revenue growth across relevant sales channels for existing and new customers and actively position and refine the product portfolio with tailored solutions in the market.
- Holistic management of wholesale customers and OEM installers; lead price and terms negotiations aligned with strategic and economic goals.
- Represent the company by actively participating in trade fairs, industry events and trade shows; engage in Verband work and maintain networks in the HVAC industry.
- Systematically collect and analyze market and competitor information and derive insights for developing new products and business opportunities.
- Expand and strategically develop the Swiss sales region with defined goals in close coordination with relevant interfaces; work cross-functionally with the DACH sales team to ensure a unified market presence.
- Conduct product trainings, technical presentations and customer workshops on-site at customer sites.
What We're Looking For
- Entrepreneurial thinking and working style.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im dreistufigen Vertrieb innerhalb der Branche.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems; MS Office including Outlook.
- Very good German and good English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain established relationships with local market actors in the HLK and sanitary sectors.
