A growing medical device organisation is looking for an experienced Orthopaedic Territory Manager to drive sales growth and market development across a designated territory. This is a fully field based position offering the opportunity to work closely with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and key healthcare stakeholders to expand the adoption of an established hip and knee reconstruction portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, managing distributor relationships, supporting clinical product adoption, and delivering territory revenue objectives. You will act as a trusted partner to orthopaedic surgeons and hospital decision makers while maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, competitive activity, pricing dynamics, and procurement processes.
