About this role
Area Sales Manager responsible for leading the commercial activities and sales results in the Ho Chi Minh City region. You will shape the commercial strategy with the Marketing Manager, translate it into annual plans and budgets, and lead the sales organization and key accounts to achieve targets, while driving operational improvements and people development.
What You'll Do
- Formulate and execute the commercial strategy with the Marketing Manager aligned to the OpCo's business strategy, and obtain General Manager approval.
- Set up and implement annual business plans and budgets; forecast sales quotas and projected volume/profit for existing and new products.
- Develop and maintain an efficient sales organization; support sales associates, generate leads, and close deals.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships to optimize opportunities and company image.
- Participate in cross-functional teams on process/operational improvements to boost performance and financial results.
- Monitor budget, take corrective actions, and report within guidelines to meet KPI objectives.
- Lead and coach the team weekly to develop capabilities and achieve targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in animal nutrition/aquafeed or related industry.
- Ability to translate strategy into annual plans with budgets and measurable targets.
- Strong account management skills and a track record of growing key customer relationships.
- Experience leading and developing a team, and working with cross-functional partners (Marketing, GM).
- Budget management, forecasting, data-driven decision making, and a structured problem-solving mindset.
