Area Sales Manager – Madrid- Ortho

A leading medical device organisation is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Madrid and the surrounding region, focusing on hip and knee reconstruction implants.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and market share within the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, procurement and hospital stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations, demonstrations and clinical activity.
• Manage distributor relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and tender opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience selling hip and knee implants.

• Strong track record in orthopaedic medical device sales.

• Experience working closely with surgeons and hospitals.

• Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel across the territory as required.
