About the Role Getinge Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to strengthen the Infection Control (IC) business in Western Poland. The role is field-based and covers the West Pomeranian, Greater Poland, Lubusz, Lower Silesian, and Opole provinces, with travel and remote work flexibility. What You'll Do
- Drive sales activities and achieve territory sales goals through customer visits, presentations, and account development.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Manage public tender opportunities and collaborate with the Tender Team to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate sales and service agreements while ensuring smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities, introduce new products, and support marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor market developments, analyze competitor activity, optimize business performance within the territory, and serve as a trusted partner for customers and colleagues. What We're Looking For
- University or college degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, or related industry.
- Experience working with public procurement and tender processes.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
