As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand Goodyear’s Consumer Replacement Business in your assigned territory by building strong channel partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering exceptional business results.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will take charge of your region and help expand Goodyear’s Consumer Replacement Business. You will own your market, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen Goodyear’s position as the brand of choice for dealers and consumers alike.

What You'll Do

• You will lead sales operations across your assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of volume, revenue, and market share targets.

• You will develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network, building long-term partnerships and enhancing loyalty to the Goodyear brand.

• You will drive demand generation through trade marketing initiatives, consumer promotions, and market-specific campaigns.

• You will monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

• You will ensure the successful implementation of pricing, distribution, and credit policies in line with company guidelines.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless supply chain, product availability, and an exceptional customer experience.

• You will track key performance indicators, analyze sales performance, and share actionable recommendations with business leaders.

• What We’re Looking For

• You should have at least 5+ years of successful sales experience in FMCG, automotive, consumer durables, or related industries.

• You should have strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and business development.

• You should be willing to travel extensively within your assigned territory to drive business results and build strong customer relationships.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• The analytical ability to interpret market data and translate insights into business opportunities.
