JOB SPECS Company: Bajaj Finance Limited Job title: Area Sales Manager – Education Loan Grade: GB03 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Channel Sourcing & Tie-ups: Onboard and manage Overseas Education Consultants, DSAs, and Test Prep/Coaching institutes.
- Target Achievement: Meet monthly volume targets for education loan logins, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Campus & Event Activation: Run spot-assessment drives, loan fairs, and student counselling sessions for university intakes.
- End-to-End File Processing: Collect documents, verify KYC/financials, and coordinate with internal Credit and Operations teams for quick sanction TAT.
- Customer Relationship Management: Guide students and parents through loan terms, co-borrower criteria, and disbursement milestones (tuition/living expenses).
- Compliance & Market Feedback: Track competitor offerings while ensuring 100% adherence to credit policies and regulatory norms.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of frontline sales experience. Domain Experience: Prior experience in Education Loans (Domestic or Overseas) within an NBFC, Bank, or Education FinTech platform. Industry Network: Active connections with local study-abroad consultants, education DSAs, and test-prep centres in the hiring location. Knowledge Base: Clear understanding of student visa loan criteria, co-borrower credit assessment, collateral/unsecured loan norms, and KYC guidelines.
