Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
- Manage distributors, key customers, and business relationships.
- Drive product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and route-to-market execution.
- Track sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years' experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory/management role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong knowledge of distribution and territory management.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
