Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the QSR industry
- HND/Bsc in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and power Bl
- Good knowledge of HACCP principles
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities

Manage training records, materials, schedules, and staff development.

Ensure timely completion of schedules and required documentation.

Maintain QSC, REV, CXI, QA, training, and financial audit standards.

Drive sales growth, local marketing, P&L, cost control, and performance analysis.

People development, inventory and controls.
