About the Role This leader is responsible for the operational and financial performance of Fairgrounds' Chicago and Milwaukee cafés. We're looking for someone with an ownership mentality who treats the business like it's their own, is fanatical about standards, relentlessly develops leaders, and is driven to deliver exceptional results. You’ll spend the majority of time in cafés coaching General Managers, improving execution, and building a culture where winning is the expectation.
What You'll Do
- Drive operational excellence across every café including sales, profitability, labor, and cost performance.
- Coach and develop General Managers; build high-performing, winning teams.
- Ensure accountability to Fairgrounds standards and KPIs; elevate guest experience and hospitality.
- Use data to drive decisions and continually raise standards and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Operational and financial leadership across multiple cafés; strong coaching ability with data-driven decision making.

- Honest, caring, and accountable leadership; ability to develop others and measure success by people growth and business performance.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading multiple cafés in hospitality and a proven track record of developing leaders.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year
