Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Territory Sales Executives to achieve sales and repayment targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute area sales strategies.
- Manage sales performance, inventory, and customer relationships.
- Recruit, train, and build high-performing field sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA is an advantage).
- 5–10 years' sales experience, including at least 4 years in a management role.
- Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Microfinance, Insurance, Renewable Energy, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, sales, and territory management skills.
