About the Role The Area Manager Aftersales (AMA) for Renault Trucks, a Volvo Group brand, will manage the German market’s service network in the Nordost region, drive parts and accessory sales, and coach service partners to deliver a superior customer experience. This role acts as the key link between the company and its authorized workshops, reporting to the Head of Service & Retail. What You'll Do
- Serve as central point of contact for around 40 German workshops, monitor spare parts sales and service contract costs, and implement action plans for underperforming partners.
- Develop the Aftersales business plan with workshop leadership and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Drive regional sales targets and service KPIs in line with national goals; oversee parts ordering process and stock; ensure timely and accurate reporting (sales, KPIs).
- Energize internal teams (technicians, warehouse, breakdown service) with incentives and best practices to optimize performance.
- Build the network and manage customer relationships; support Aftersales and product campaigns, warranty handling, after-transition to e-mobility; identify opportunities to improve service coverage and brand presence.
- Contribute to decisions on opening new workshops and onboarding staff; ensure alignment with brand standards and customer experience. What We're Looking For
- Vocational training in automotive engineering or business administration.
- Hands-on experience in commercial vehicle sector and/or after-sales service.
- Experience selling technical products and managing workshop operations.
- Initiative, organizational talent, results-oriented mindset; assertiveness and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English; experience with reporting and Office tools as well as DMS/CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week. Compensation & Benefits
