Area Business Manager – PATI
- Deliver Sales Targets
- Achieve volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets within the assigned area.
- Manage Distributor and Customer Performance
- Ensure effective distributor operations and strengthen relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead and Develop the Sales Team
- Coach, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams to improve capability, productivity, and engagement.
- Drive Execution Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of company priorities, including assortment, distribution, visibility, promotions, and in-store activation.
- Monitor Business Performance and Identify Opportunities
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to develop action plans that accelerate business growth.
Requirement :
- Experience to handling distribution channel
- Educational Background Bachelor Degree from Any Discipline
- At least 5-7 years experience in Sales position
- Computer literate (Basic Application)
- Able to Communicate in English.
- Good administration skill
- Having good negotiation and Interpersonal skill
