About the Role This is a remote leadership role within Volkswagen Group's After Sales organization. The Area After Sales Manager, Western Region leads after-sales excellence, dealer partnerships, and program execution across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on premium customer experience, parts and service sales, and process improvement. What You'll Do
- Advocate for the customer and the Dealer while protecting the interests of Audi of America and preserving brand standards related to customer experience
- Ensure Dealers have proper service equipment, tools and capacity in place
- Monitor training and certification requirements for after sales personnel
- Provide counsel on vehicle repair strategy and buyback prevention
- Resolve customer relations cases, including trade assistance and mediation/arbitration when needed
- Advise on goodwill decisions, coordinate execution and monitor costs
- Monitor dealer compliance with Audi processes; provide training as needed
- Counsel on warranty processes and actively control warranty costs
- Ensure Dealers have an optimum Audi parts inventory for high fill rate from shelf stock
- Drive wholesale, retail, internal, tire and accessory parts business
- Assist Dealers in fully utilizing Audi parts and service sales and marketing programs
- Serve as the subject matter expert for dealer questions on after sales topics; remain accessible and follow up as needed
- Monitor dealership KPI objectives and review performance with dealership management
- Identify after sales problems and collaborate with dealership management to develop and implement solutions
- Support the implementation of process improvements
- Collaborate with the area team and regional management to ensure dealers meet Audi standards What We're Looking For
- Min 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, automotive, related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Resource and program management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Automotive or related field experience, or equivalent experience in service operations

- Salary range: $111,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year (CA state range referenced; actual range may vary by location)
