Job Description

Shafa Construction is seeking an Architectural Draftsman to join our Building Division at our Head Office in Dubai, UAE.

We are looking for candidates with solid UAE experience, particularly in luxury villa projects or mega residential building projects. You will be responsible for producing detailed architectural drawings that form the basis of our construction efforts.

As an Architectural Draftsman, you will translate architectural concepts into precise technical drawings, ensuring all plans are accurate and compliant with project requirements and local building codes. Your contribution is vital to the successful realization of our high-end residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit Architecture.
• Draft plans for building exteriors, interiors, and site layouts.
• Ensure drawings comply with architectural design intent and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Create construction drawings, elevations, sections, and details.
• Maintain drawing revisions and manage drawing archives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Architectural Drafting or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.

• Experience with luxury villa or mega residential projects in the UAE is preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.

• Understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
