ARCHITECT

A reputable technology and design solutions firm, Tezza Business Solutions, is seeking an Architect in Lagos to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong background in large-scale building projects and a solid portfolio demonstrating both conceptual creativity and technical execution. Proficiency in BIM and design software, coupled with solid collaboration and communication skills, is essential to succeed in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architectural design for large-scale building projects from concept through to coordination and documentation.
• Utilize BIM workflows and coordinate practices to ensure integrated project delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and refine design proposals, ensuring compliance with international building codes and standards, particularly BS standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Produce and review technical drawings, models, and visualizations using BIM and visualization tools to support design decisions.
• Maintain strong communication with project teams, clients, and partners to ensure timely progress and effective collaboration.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts and technical solutions that reflect conceptual creativity and rigorous technical execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with large-scale building projects; international project exposure is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.
• Familiarity with 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Corona is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination practices.
• Solid understanding of international building codes and standards, especially BS standards.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity and technical execution.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
