Major Responsibilities Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion Manage and coordinate design teams and consultants Review and approve architectural drawings and plans Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects Support business development with proposals and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team supervision skills
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Must reside in Lagos
