About the Role Guidehouse is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to support a client's Case Management system. The role focuses on designing and delivering the case management solution within defined timelines, identifying and mitigating risks during design, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes. The Architect will collaborate with the client, PM, and BA, and help streamline communication across teams.
What You'll Do
- Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client’s architectural and business needs.
- Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
- Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
- Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.
- Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.
- Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
- Work with technology and business groups to define project scope.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Architect or similar role, with hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, design scalable architecture, and guide CRM deployment across discovery, build, test, and deployment phases.
- Experience collaborating with clients, project managers, and business analysts; ability to streamline cross-team communications.
- Expertise in designing integrations, data migrations, customizations, and creating architecture artifacts (wireframes, system diagrams).
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to tailor demonstrations to stakeholders.
