About this role
For a renowned design and architecture firm delivering high-end hospitality, luxury residential, F&B and commercial projects across Greece, we are looking for an Architect to join a talented and collaborative team.
Working within a human-sized architectural studio, the Architect will be involved in the design, development and delivery of multiple luxury projects, from initial concept through to completion
Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and design proposals in line with the studio’s creative direction and clients’ requirements.

Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, presentations and technical documentation across the different project phases.

Manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency in design quality, deadlines and technical requirements.

Follow projects from concept and design development through construction and final delivery.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.

Participate in project meetings, presentations and design reviews.

Monitor project progress and provide solutions to technical and design issues throughout execution.

Conduct site visits and follow construction works to ensure that the architectural vision and agreed specifications are properly implemented.

Review materials, finishes, technical details and supplier proposals.

Contribute actively to the studio’s creative process and overall design quality.

Requirements
-
Degree in Architecture.

Approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally within an architecture or design studio.

Experience working on hospitality, high-end residential, F&B, retail or commercial projects would be highly valued.

Ability to manage a project through several stages, from concept development to execution.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Fluency in Greek and English.
