Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, technically sound and detail-oriented Architect to contribute to the design, development and execution of our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details and working drawings.
- Produce 2D/3D presentations and architectural visualisations.
- Prepare and review architectural specifications and documentation.
- Coordinate designs with structural, mechanical, electrical and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor works for compliance with approved designs.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, quantity surveyors and other project stakeholders.
- Identify design/construction issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Review shop drawings, materials and samples where required.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and planning requirements.
- Assist with planning and development approvals.
- Maintain accurate drawings, revisions and project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input.
- Support project presentations, proposals and design reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

2–5 years’ relevant experience in architecture, construction or real estate development.

ARCON registration is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape or ArchiCAD is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and planning requirements.

Ability to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.

Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods.

Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
