About the Role Cosentino Israel team is looking for an Architect & Designer Sales Manager in order to grow the Commercial Area of the business. The Architect & Designer Sales Manager will be in charge of obtaining design specifications from an existing portfolio of Architects and Specifiers and developing new business with key project accounts in the area.
What You'll Do
- Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, new property owners and service providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
- Develops new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners and property management firms involved with new development or renovation work for existing building interiors and exteriors.
- Manage your own sales budget and stay within assigned sales and expense budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
What We're Looking For
- Based in the area to cover: Haifa to Ashdod.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be local.
- Ideally with some experience in façades.
- Ideally bachelor’s degree (Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Practical Engineering or similar).
Nice to Have
- Experience in façades is a plus.
