The Red Hat Consulting Services team is looking for an Architect to join us in the Netherlands. In this role, you will work at the customer site as a subject matter expert in Red Hat's infrastructure and cloud technology. You'll answer questions about best practices across topics such as reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups, as well as lead the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat's technology. As an Architect, you will gain understanding of customer infrastructures and business issues and make recommendations appropriate to their environments. What you will do:Upskill knowledge in Red Hat technologies using Red Hat University and support from the wider consulting team to apply these concepts to customer needsServe as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needsManage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of open source solutionsLearn about new technologies and apply these concepts to customer needsAdapt to changing customer requirementsRespond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional mannerWhat you will bring:We don't expect you to check off all of the below areas to join our team.
