What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of arc melt furnaces, vacuum systems, and high-temperature processing equipment.
- Ability to communicate technical specifications: 350 Amp @ 60% Duty Cycle, 14 kVA power supply; water-cooled power cables; 304L stainless steel vacuum chamber; inert gas system; roughing pump, vacuum gauge and valve.
- Familiarity with related models and configurations (SA-200, TA-200) and options such as high vacuum pumping and additional accessories.
Nice to Have
- Experience with high vacuum turbo pumping systems and related accessories.
- Familiarity with safety interlocks and high-temperature melt operations.
