About the Role Join Autoliv Matamoros as APS Supervisor to lead Lean and APS deployment across the shop floor and support functions, driving productivity, efficiency, and margin improvements through data-driven initiatives. You will coach teams, champion inclusive transformation, and act as a transformation leader accelerating digital adoption of software, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of Lean Manufacturing (APS) across shop floor and support functions, integrating continuous improvement methodologies and digital tools to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Drive performance and business impact by managing KPIs/OPIs, leading Policy Deployment, conducting APS maturity assessments, and embedding financial discipline to improve operational margins and ensure sustainable results.
• Champion transformation and capability building by leading strategic initiatives (VSM, line balancing, layout optimization, JIT, continuous flow) while developing talent through coaching, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring standardization and replication of best practices (yokoten).
• Act as a transformation leader and change agent, coaching and mentoring APS teams, driving problem-solving culture, ensuring compliance with standards, challenging the status quo, and accelerating digital transformation through the adoption of software, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement projects.
• Proven track record deploying or sustaining Production Systems (APS, TPS, or similar).
• Advanced English with strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI or similar tools).
