About the Role APS Manager - Operational Excellence Leader to drive the plant's Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence strategy, ensuring sustainable productivity gains, cost reduction, and margin improvement, and champion the deployment of Production System through Lean Manufacturing principles, Policy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, Flow Optimization, JIT, TPM, and governance. What You'll Do
- Drive the plant's Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence strategy, ensuring sustainable productivity gains, cost reduction, and margin improvement.
- Lead the deployment and maturity of the Production System through Lean Manufacturing principles, Policy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, Flow Optimization, JIT, TPM, and performance governance.
- Influence leaders and teams across the organization, building a culture of accountability, problem-solving, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Champion transformation initiatives, leveraging operational best practices, data analytics, digital solutions, and capability-building programs to accelerate business results. What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, including Hoshin, VSM, Line Balancing, Takt Time, SMED, Bottleneck Analysis, Waste Elimination, TPM, JIT, and Productivity Improvement.
- Proven ability to lead change, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact in complex manufacturing environments.
