Job title: Apprenti(e) méthodes maintenance
About the Role We are looking for a maintenance methods apprentice to join our industrial optimization team in Reichshoffen. You will support operational teams with a strong focus on methods to improve maintenance efficiency, data quality, and ERP migration.
What You'll Do
- Optimize maintenance methods and analyze existing maintenance sequences
- Improve preventive and corrective maintenance plans; standardize procedures and work instructions
- Increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Manage data and update ERP; update intervention times and structuring technical data
- Actively participate in migrating to a new ERP (data migration, validation, parameterization)
- Ensure quality and consistency of maintenance data; drive continuous improvement
- Propose improvements (reliability, availability, costs) and monitor performance indicators; collaborate with production and field maintenance teams
What We're Looking For
- Minimum BTS Maintenance (Bac+3) to Bac+5 in maintenance/methods preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment
- Rigour, organization, and a mindset of continuous improvement
- Analytical and synthesis skills; autonomy and proactivity
