About the Role Air France's Data & AI Office is leveraging AI to accelerate transformation and decision-making within Cargo. As the AI Lead for Cargo, you will help develop, coordinate and drive AI adoption across the organization, while maintaining a consolidated view of the AI portfolio and promoting team acculturation. What You'll Do
- Structure and represent AI topics for Cargo.
- Establish a value measurement framework for AI initiatives.
- Maintain a consolidated view of the Cargo AI portfolio.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the AI strategy.
- Promote coherent and responsible AI governance.
- Develop AI acculturation and adoption through workshops and events. What We're Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in AI, data, digital transformation or innovation.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and data-driven solutions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Skill to translate strategy into an operational roadmap.
- Sensitivity to responsible AI and governance.
- Ability to run workshops and AI acculturation activities.
- Analytical mindset oriented to value and impact.
- Fluent English and ease in multicultural environments.
