- A strong interest in sales, business development, or customer relations — you want to understand how deals get done
- Comfort working with digital tools and software platforms, including CRM systems
- A customer-focused mindset — you listen carefully and follow through on commitments
- An open approach to AI — you're ready to use AI tools and autonomous agents in your daily work, experiment with automation, and take ownership of the outcomes you produce
- Fluency in French and English is required for this role
What you'll build
You'll work on real sales and commercial activities alongside an experienced team. Your contributions will directly support revenue-generating work and partner relationships across a portfolio of mid-sized business customers.
- Support sales managers in managing customer accounts and developing commercial proposals
- Process orders for On-Premise and Cloud products, including upsell opportunities
- Monitor and maintain CRM data to keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date
- Contribute to market analysis and competitive intelligence to help identify new business opportunities
- Manage updates to the customer and prospect database in SAP Harmony
- Support partner relations — including monitoring payments, unblocking accounts, and handling invoicing for partner contracts

Duration: 2 years
This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC)
Where you belong
You'll join the General Business team in Levallois-Perret, focused on mid-sized companies and Net New Name accounts. The team works closely with a partner ecosystem that drives the majority of its activity, as well as pre-sales specialists, product experts, and the Digital Sales team in Barcelona. It's a hands-on commercial environment where your work connects directly to real business outcomes. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers. This apprenticeship is based at Tour SAP, 35 rue d'Alsace, 92300 Levallois-Perret.
