About the Role
Join Alstom Services in Saint-Ouen to help develop the user-facing elements of a predictive maintenance solution for rolling stock and signalling equipment. As an apprentice, you will contribute to presenting information, managing rules and reports, and supporting project monitoring throughout customer delivery.
What You'll Do
- Familiarize with the methodology for detecting anomalies, diagnosing degradations and prognostics.
- Participate in the implementation of the user experience on projects in the customer delivery phase.
- Create digital reports to visualize the information generated.
- Manage alert rules based on customer requirements.
- Create internal dashboards (KPI management, etc.).
- Participate in monitoring project progress and coordinating the successful completion of project stages through various interactions with the development team.
- Draft minutes and reports for the project team.
- Participate in the setup/update of Metier and Project processes.
- Update and optimize the team data structure to improve knowledge management.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree or equivalent with business intelligence option.
- Technical skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), development tools (Python).
- Behavioral skills: Organization, communication, good interpersonal skills; Teamwork, autonomy, initiative, curiosity.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) imperative.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of project planning tools (GanttProject, MS Project) would be an asset.
- Familiarity with Metier and Project processes.
