Apprentice

About the Role Join PUMA at our headquarters in Herzogenaurach as an apprentice in one of our three programs designed to develop Future Talents. This apprenticeship blends hands-on learning with immediate responsibilities across multiple departments and provides opportunities for global exposure and growth.

What You'll Do

• Depending on your chosen track, you’ll gain experience across relevant departments: Industrial Clerk (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Logistics); IT Specialist for System Integration (PUMA’s IT departments); Retail Sales Manager (Outlets and Concept Stores); and E-Commerce Clerk (online trade, content management, digital marketing and consumer experience).
• You’ll take on real responsibilities from day one and have the chance to rotate through teams every three months to see the full scope of PUMA.
• You’ll build speed, spirit, and time-management skills, and you may present results to colleagues as you take on more responsibility.
• After three years, PUMA offers opportunities for continued growth in various roles and locations around the world.

What We're Looking For

• Interest in one of the apprenticeship tracks: Industrial Clerk, IT Specialist for System Integration, Retail Sales Manager, or E-Commerce Clerk.
• English skills and the ability to work with colleagues from more than 70 nations; English is the company language.
• Motivation, a strong personality, and a willingness to learn; openness to feedback; demonstrated drive in your application and interview.
• Academic background (school certificate) with good grades considered, but personality and potential matter most; readiness to share your CV, cover letter, and latest certificate.
• A three-year program with the potential for exciting opportunities after graduation in different business areas and locations.

Nice to Have

• A passion for sports is a plus but not required.
• Any relevant experience in sales, IT, e-commerce, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Comfort working in a diverse, global environment and adapting to new teams and projects.
