About the Role Entry-level Modern Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship at MBUSI in Alabama. Apprentices are trained to safely work in a fast-paced production environment while building essential soft skills, with the potential to move into a skilled technician role upon successful completion of the program. What You'll Do
- Work under general supervision in part-time Apprenticeships, in compliance with Alabama Office of Apprenticeship rules and regulations.
- Complete 36 competencies, supplemented by 35 total credit (585 contact) hours of related instruction.
- Safely operate the necessary tools in your work area and contribute to the overall business goals. What We're Looking For

- Willingness to learn and adhere to safety standards; ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Ability to complete the required 36 competencies and related instructional hours.
