Job title: Apprentice Method Technician
About the Role We are looking for an apprentice method technician to join the workshop and contribute to improving workstations. This role consists of designing solutions to facilitate production work and to intervene when situations require deeper study. Concrete projects include improving storage and containers used at workplaces, creating supports for displaying information, and adapting a machine to fabricate new parts. In direct liaison with production teams, you will help make workstations simpler and more practical while contributing to the continuous improvement of the workshop organization.
What You'll Do
- Join the workshop and contribute to improving workstations.
- Design solutions to facilitate production work and intervene when deeper analysis is required.
- Work on concrete projects: improvements of storage/containers, creation of supports for information display, machine adaptation for new parts.
- Collaborate directly with production teams to make workstations simpler and more practical.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop organization.
