About the Role Ball Corporation is seeking an Apprentice HSE to join our HSE team in Bierne, France, contributing to the site's safety and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work under the direct supervision of the HSE Manager and collaborate with the quality system.
What You'll Do
- Update and overhaul the site's emergency plan and ensure its diffusion and adoption across teams
- Improve management of external contractors and follow up on prevention plans and work permits
- Conduct site audits and coordinate awareness initiatives with internal teams and external partners
- Support deployment of Ball Operational Excellence (BOE) EHS and contribute to continuous improvement actions
- Participate in deployment of HSE standards and monitoring of indicators
What We're Looking For
- HSE degree (Licence/ Bachelor) or Master in HSE, seeking an apprenticeship contract (mandatory)
- First internship or apprenticeship experience in HSE (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal skills, pedagogical mindset, autonomy, and hands-on with field/operational environments
- Proficient in English
- Availability for on-site work at the Bierne plant, France (8h-17h)
