Job title: Apprentice - Ethics & Compliance (Competition Law)
About the Role Alstom is seeking an apprentice for its Ethics & Compliance department to assist the Competition Law Team with projects related to managing competition law risk. The role focuses on monitoring processes to mitigate competition law risk and supporting compliance with antitrust regulations.
What You'll Do
- Monitor implementation of processes in place to mitigate competition law risk (reminders, follow up, monitoring of safeguard measures put in place)
- Support Competition Law Director for complying with all antitrust regulations (Merger Control regulations, Foreign Subsidies Regulation etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Educational level: Master in Law with specialization in competition law
- Fluent English; strong analytical and reasoning skills; organization and data management competencies; problem-solving; willingness to take initiatives
- Ability to understand and handle complex legal and compliance issues
