Description du poste

Une carrière qui laisse votre passion s’exprimer

Vous intégrerez le service Sales pour les assister sur missions suivantes :

Assister l’équipe sur diverses missions administratives, opérationnelles et commerciales (Direction Commerciale, Corporate, Groupes & Evènements)

• Suivi et mise à jour de la base de données BtoB
• Préparation et suivi des voyages de l’équipe commerciale
• Veille concurrentielle
• Edition de voucher, menus
• Visites commerciales de l’hôtel et des différents points de vente en collaboration avec le chef de service

Groupes & Evènements

• Aide à la gestion des demandes de réservations Groupes & Evènements (Elaboration des offres, suivi et relance jusqu’à concrétisation, …)
• Création des évènements dans Opéra, mise à jour des feuilles de fonction selon l’évolution des besoins du client
• Accueil client le jour de la manifestation, coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles
• Suivi post évènement

Qualifications

• Votre contribution

• Alternance minimum 1 an

• Niveau d'études Master en hôtellerie restauration

• Anglais courant

• Sens du service, à l'écoute, aisance relationnelle

• Capacité d'adaptation, organisation et rigueur
