About the Role This part-time role supports Renewal by Andersen's event marketing in Reno, NV. You will attend community events on weekends, engage homeowners, and introduce them to our products and services to drive consultations. Paid training and base pay with uncapped bonus potential help you grow with a supportive team. What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners' needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs). What We're Looking For

- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
