About the Role Join Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen as an Event Marketing Representative in Middletown, CT. This part-time, entry-level role involves representing our brand at community events on weekends, engaging homeowners, and introducing them to our industry-leading window products and services. You’ll receive paid training, base pay, and uncapped bonus potential with strong support from a dedicated manager.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
Compensation & Benefits
