About the Role Join Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen as an Event Marketing Representative in Smithfield, RI. This part-time, entry-level role involves representing our products at weekend community events, engaging homeowners, and guiding them toward consultations. You’ll receive paid training, base pay, and uncapped bonuses while working with a supportive team; the schedule offers flexible hours.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation at events.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information about our products and services.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills; positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
Nice to Have
- No prior marketing/event experience required; paid training provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
