About the Role This part-time Event Marketing Representative role supports community outreach by engaging homeowners at local events and introducing Renewal by Andersen's products and services. You'll receive monthly training and on-site support to help you succeed from day one. What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners' needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs). What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
