About the Role The Advisory Services AI CoE Team is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer to build a new generation of web-based SaaS tools for Life Sciences clients. You will work with developers, data scientists, and product managers to structure problems, apply quantitative methods, and implement solutions in real-time, data-focused software that supports decision making in pharma. What You'll Do
- Work directly with Life Sciences clients to structure problems and build new tools.
- Develop, pilot, and deploy SaaS tools.
- Write sophisticated and elegant code to implement solutions.
- Collaborate with and communicate your team's work to clients worldwide.
- Contribute to the advancement of healthcare and improve patient outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development.
- Experience in JavaScript, C#, .Net, Java, or C/C++.
- Experience with AI-based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advanced Prompt Engineering, GraphRAG.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (or willingness to learn).
- Direct experience building tools or models that help customers make better decisions. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 30-40 USD per hour for the first 2-3 months, then variable thereafter.
