About the Role

The Applications & Product Pricing Analyst provides operational, analytical, and process support across two core areas: product pricing execution and apps sales enablement operations. The role ensures accurate pricing deployment, efficient order and account management, entitlement accuracy, content updates, and reliable reporting, while collaborating across Sales, Product, Finance and Operations to identify automation and process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Apps Sales Enablement Support: process Apps orders accurately and per sales operations procedures; create and manage customer accounts; manage App entitlements; maintain App Gallery content; produce monthly/quarterly Apps sales reports with insights and trends; identify and implement automation opportunities; maintain process documentation; partner cross-functionally to ensure data integrity across the Apps lifecycle.
  • Product Pricing Support: interpret Global Product Pricing Guidelines; develop localized price-positioning proposals; build data-driven business cases (margin analysis, pricing trends, cost structures); manage review and alignment with Sales, Product, Finance, and regional leadership; enable approved pricing in ERP/CRM/CPQ systems; communicate pricing decisions and maintain pricing documentation; perform ongoing maintenance and support global pricing revisions.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement in internal processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with comfort interpreting data and building business cases.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, entitlements, and operational tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Clear and professional communication; effective collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn CRM, ERP, pricing tools, entitlement platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous-improvement and automation-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Education, Experience & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field; 3+ years of pricing/financial analysis; strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills; experience with data analysis tools; Power BI preferred; strong written and verbal business English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with dashboarding or analytics tools (Power BI) preferred.
