Flowserve Corporation is seeking an Applications Engineer in Wiener Neudorf, AUT. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities to develop solutions for customers and partners in industrial and special applications. The successful candidate will act as a product specialist within a team and work closely with sales, development, and other specialist departments at the site. The position offers a minimum gross salary of €3.082,93 (based on a 38.5-hour work week and paid 14 times a year) with potential for higher compensation depending on qualifications, experience, and the specific skills and responsibilities involved.
Responsibilities
- Support of the defined clientele in the office
- Evaluate requests and generate solution proposals
- Perform cost calculations, in collaboration with the relevant departments when needed
- Prepare offers technically and commercially
- Accept, review, and prepare orders (Complete Order)
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience as an Applications Engineer or in a similar role (e.g., inside sales representative, engineer)
- Good communication skills
- Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking
- SAP knowledge; experience with common MS Office applications
- BS or BA degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of relevant experience
