About the Role The Applications Engineer will provide expert support and management of a portfolio of applications essential to the practice of law, focusing on reliability, performance, capacity, security, and maximizing overall value. The role sits within Baker McKenzie's Technology Practice of Law Solutions, delivering value-added solutions, adoption strategies, roadmaps, and strong stakeholder relationships. What You'll Do
- Provide technical and functional support to the business acting as an escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex issues for all applications in the portfolio.
- Take ownership of incidents or problems assigned and see these through to completion on a timely basis.
- Assist the Product Manager with the analysis of applications and solutions and project-related tasks.
