About the Role Crypto.com is seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team supporting Nadex, a regulated derivatives trading exchange for TradeFi and Prediction Markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of our production and demo trading environments. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment and takes ownership of operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on production support for Nadex trading environments, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive/remedial measures.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to improve reliability, monitoring, and incident response.
- Contribute to change management, deployment readiness, and documentation to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support cross-functional initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in application support or SRE roles supporting production/QA environments, ideally within trading or financial platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Ability to own issues end-to-end, document decisions, and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with security/compliance considerations in regulated environments is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year.
