About the Role Application Support Engineer responsible for auditing biopharmaceutical customer projects, developing and validating analytical methods, and ensuring successful project delivery. What You'll Do
- Audit biopharmaceutical customer projects and lead development/validation of analytical methods (SEC, reversed-phase, IEX, Glycan).
- Ensure successful delivery of projects and provide customer on-site technical support and training.
- Stay familiar with biopharmaceutical policies and regulations and understand protein drug development processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Travel 15-20% as needed to support on-site activities. What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with use and maintenance of various liquid HPLC systems; mass spectrometry experience is preferred.
- Understanding of protein drug development and process development.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 15-20%. Nice to Have
- Mass spectrometry experience (explicitly preferred).
- Experience with multiple chromatography systems and analytical method development for biopharmaceuticals. Compensation & Benefits
