Job Overview:
- To aid SWP business segment through internal and external product training.
- To improve customer engagement through enhancing user experience
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Adopt knowledge and skill set of Getinge operating table and accessory complete portfolio.
- Visit customers post OT Table installation and train end users – OT technicians, OT Nurses, Surgeons, Biomedical Engineers on supplied table and accessory
- Presence in live surgery if requested by end user.
- Supporting product demonstration in workshops, conferences.
- Supporting sales team in product demonstration in new customer prospects.
- Support in generating new lead for accessories
- Maintain record of customer training
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science / medical science / nursing / Operation Theatre Technology
- Approximate 4 -6 years’ experience of working inside Operating Room as OT Technician or OT Nurse
- Experience in Orthopedic, Trauma, Neuro- Spine surgery will be given priority
- Basic level of knowledge in handling computers along with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, Internet is necessary
- Fluency in English, Hindi will be preferred
- Willingness to travel across India is mandatory
