About the Role Join Siemens Healthineers as Application Instructor/HQ Supporter (f/m/d) for Molecular Imaging (MI). You will conduct application courses, support continuous development of course content, and train at customer sites globally with a focus on SPECT. You will also perform product demonstrations at reference customers and major congresses, gather reference case studies, and contribute to the training portfolio's digitalization with Service Engineering. In the future you will expand into technical MI trainings.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct application courses and support continued development of course content in collaboration with the relevant SE contacts.
  • Globally conduct trainings at customer sites for molecular imaging systems with a focus on SPECT.
  • Perform product demonstrations for reference customers and at major congresses.
  • Gather reference case studies for training and simulations and continuously educate yourself on MI product portfolio modules.
  • Collaborate with Service Engineering to optimize and further develop the training portfolio in the context of digitalization.
  • In the future, enlarge your responsibilities by conducting technical MI trainings.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in medical technology, particularly MI SPECT Application.
  • Alternatively, completed vocational training and further education as an MTR, with additional professional experience.
  • Good knowledge in creating and conducting training sessions.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German knowledge and intercultural experience advantageous.
  • Ability to clearly explain complex medical applications in regular in-person training sessions, videos, or other multimedia tools; open to new technical and didactic challenges.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of your working time.

Nice to Have

  • Additional intercultural experience and German language skills are advantageous.
  • Experience with mobile working from abroad (up to 30 days per year under certain conditions) and international assignments.
