Job title: Application Engineer (m/f/d) Technical Sales in Langenhagen
About the Role The Application Engineer (m/f/d) Technical Sales in Langenhagen works within the Flygt brand with a focus on Flygt Mixer products and treatment applications (water and wastewater). You will perform technical design and project engineering of mixers, prepare offers with technical documentation and calculations, support field sales, and manage projects from inquiry to order while coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Technical design and project engineering of agitators and mixing systems for municipal and industrial applications
- Prepare offers including technical documentation and calculations
- Support field sales in technical clarifications of customer inquiries
- Manage projects from inquiry through order processing
- Interface with internal departments such as design, production and service
- Communicate with customers, planning offices and external partners
What We're Looking For
- Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering or a comparable qualification
- Technician/Meister with relevant experience
- Experience in sizing/design of agitators, pump technology or similar systems desirable
- Technical understanding of fluid dynamic processes
- Proficiency with technical calculation tools and MS Office
- Structured, autonomous and customer-oriented work style
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Good German and English language skills in spoken and written
- Travel willingness up to 30%
Nice to Have
- Experience with Flygt products is a plus
